Mojca’s Met debut in Mozart’s Don Giovanni to be broadcast on PBS in America this week


This week, American audiences can watch Mojca Erdmann’s Metropolitan Opera debut as Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni in a PBS Great Performances at the Met broadcast. The program airs nationally on Sunday, February 26 at 12pm (check local listings). New York audiences can also catch the program on Thursday, February 23 at 9pm on THIRTEEN. This iconic tale of lust, heartbreak, and revenge features Polish baritone Mariusz Kwiecien as the notorious Don Giovanni, and Mojca as one of Giovanni’s female conquests, Zerlina. Mojca joins a stellar cast conducted by Fabio Luisi in a brand new production directed by Tony Award winner Michael Grandage.
